I attended Geysercon in Rotorua over Queen's Birthday. It was really fun, I wore Elf ears all weekend! There were lots of interesting, helpful talks. I was excited to a panelist for the first time. I was on two panels, Mary Sue through the Ages in which we talked about female representation in fantasy and science fiction and Fandoms: What's Trending.
I also attended the launch of the Something Strange Happened in Rotorua anthology which two of my stories are in.
It was a really fun weekend. Can't wait for the WorldCon!
